Essential, required for the site to function: remembering your cookie choice, security, keeping staff signed in to our internal system, and remembering that you have already seen our opening animation during a visit. These cannot be switched off.
Analytics (optional), anonymous statistics about pages visited and how the site performs, used only to improve the website. Set only if you choose "Accept All" or enable Analytics.
Marketing (optional), used to measure and personalise promotions on social platforms. Set only if you choose "Accept All" or enable Marketing.
When you first visit, a banner asks for your choice. Optional cookies are never set before you consent. Choosing "Essential Only" or closing the banner means only essential cookies are used.
You can change your mind at any time using the "Cookie Settings" link in the footer of every page, or by clearing cookies in your browser.
Some cookies may be set by service providers who host or support our website (for example hosting, embedded maps or social media). These providers process data under their own privacy policies and may store data outside Canada.
Session items are deleted when you close your browser. Your cookie preference is stored for up to 12 months, after which we ask again. Optional cookies expire according to the provider, typically no longer than 13 months.
Most browsers let you block or delete cookies in their settings. Blocking essential cookies may stop parts of the site, such as booking or staff login, from working properly.
We may update this policy when our practices or the law change. The "last updated" date above shows when it was last revised.
