Training With Coach Rozita: Why More Women Are Boxing in Thornhill
A champion in her own right, Coach Rozita is helping a new wave of women discover what boxing can do for them.
When Coach Rozita joined DKM, something shifted in the room. Tuesday and Thursday evenings started filling with women who had been curious about boxing for years but had never found a coach they related to.
/A coach who has done it
Rozita is a Gold Medalist at the Brampton Cup 2025, an International Gold Medalist in 2025, and the Women Reign3 Champion in 2024. She teaches from experience, not theory, and her standards are high because she knows what her students are capable of.
/Technique first, always
Her classes are built on clean mechanics: balanced stance, tight guard, punches that come from the legs. Beginners feel supported. Experienced athletes get pushed.
/Strength you can feel
Women tell us the biggest change is not how they look, but how they carry themselves. Knowing you can throw a proper cross changes how you walk into a room.
/Where to find her
Coach Rozita leads Beginner Boxing and Advanced Boxing on Tuesday and Thursday evenings. Book your free class and ask for her.
